About Lone Peak Dance Studios:

Lone Peak Studios is a dance studio with a goal to help dancers find their love for dance and a sense of personal accomplishment.  Each student will learn and grow in an enthusiastic, positive, and loving atmosphere.  We offer a variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, technique and tumbling. With over 20 years of experience, our instructors are well-trained and have a deep knowledge and understanding of dance. They teach excellent technique, coordination, flexibility, grace, and endurance. We also promote and teach healthy social skills which help our dancers increase self worth. Our goal is to help every dancer see and develop the greatness that lies within them.

Lone Peak Studios (LPS) was established in 2016.  But don’t let a new studio fool you. Our instructors are top notch and have been teaching dance for over 20 years. We prefer and will keep a “small studio” feel.  In the Lehi/Highland area we saw a void for open dance classes where children can learn how to dance and develop without the stresses, and costs of competition teams.  We then took our knowledge of dance instruction to create a successful strong dance program.

Lone Peak Dance Studio Owners:

Amy Sanders

Amy has always had a love for dance and fitness and has been teaching both for over 20 years. She’s an entrepreneur at heart and has created multiple businesses including Run Like a Girl, BnB Boocamp and now Lone Peak Dance Studio.  Amy graduated from college with a bachelors in Exercise Physiology. She has always had a dream of building a private studio close to home and to have the freedom to truly focus on her students and their needs on a more intimate level. Her dream has come true as she has built a professional studio attached to her home!  The quality of dance instruction and fitness is her number one priority at the studio. She is excited to bring a dance and fitness program with top notch instruction. Our goal at Lone Peak Studios is to keep the small studio feel while executing the big studio quality and results. Choosing to have a non-competitive dance studio means that we can treat each student equally and give the best instruction possible!

Chris Sanders

Chris has always been very active and has enjoyed the outdoors from a young age.  He is an avid runner, currently training to compete in his first Boston Marathon and will also complete several ultra marathons this year.  He has also completed several half Ironman triathlons, but his love and passion is for the outdoors and running, where he is currently focusing.  At the studio he manages most of the business and technical services, facilities, and helps keep things running smoothly so Amy can focus on teaching.
